Why Is It Important to Pick Up A Sport?

To me why I pick up sports is to keep myself fit and to have fun.
Other people may have other opinion about sports as they are much competitive or casual.
What i mean by competitive is bout that they are out to win medals or competition. So thay have to built


  • cooperation among team mates or coaches
  • stamina
  • specific muscle group
  • decipline
  • commitment
  • training(weights are optional)
  • time management

into their choice sports.

For casual sports person, they take the sports lightly for example they would do it twice a week or maybe lesser.

They may just want the sport to move their attention away from the stressful working life or maybe want to spent time with friends or loveones.

Having sports may have it's pros and cons. for example sports can help to stay healthy but too much can make you fall sick or even injured.

So my question is: Are cup stacking and skipping considered sports and why???

Picking up a sport is vital to keep healthy and be active. Burns out fat too. So it equally keeps you fit and stay in shape. Go, fir! Keep up with ur CCA!! hehee

can i will keep taking sports till i become old. May be will try more sports like baseball or squash but just for fun maybe nadia can join me too
